RC Panna wins the 1st Rotary Fellowship Cup 2023, an inter-zone box cricket tournament

Udaipur, Rajasthan – The Rotary Fellowship Cup 2023, an inter-zone box cricket tournament was organized and hosted by RMB Fellowship Udaipur Chapter on Sunday, 16th April 2023. The tournament witnessed the participation of seven teams from various Rotary Clubs of Udaipur.

The participating teams were Rotary Club of Udaipur Udai, Rotary Club of Udaipur Udyam, Rotary Club of Udaipur Mewar, Rotary Club of Udaipur Elite, Rotary Club of Udaipur Panna, Rotary Club of Udaipur Yuva, and RMB Fellowship Udaipur. The tournament was played with great enthusiasm, and all the teams displayed excellent sportsmanship and fellowship.

The tournament was graced by the presence of the Guest of Honor, Rtn. CA (Dr) Nirmal Kunawat, DG – 3056 (2023-24), who motivated the players with his words of wisdom. The event also witnessed the presence of other dignitaries, including Rtn. Deepak Sukhadia, DGS – 3056 (2023-24), and PDG Rtn. CA Nirmal Singhvi, who shared his experiences of playing cricket and participating in rotary tournaments.

In an exciting finale, Rotary Club of Udaipur Panna emerged as the winners of the Rotary Fellowship Cup 2023, with Rotary Club of Udaipur Udai finishing as the runners up. The tournament started at 7:30 in the morning and concluded at 3 pm, with live commentary and music adding to the excitement.

The tournament was organized with utmost precision and attention to detail, with independent umpires ensuring fair play. The event also had online live scoring, which allowed spectators to follow the progress of their favorite teams in real-time.
